We have the capability to manufacture compression moulded cylinders, isostatically moulded tubes and rods, ram extruded rods and tubes, skived PTFE tape and etched tape and parts.
Our state of the art testing laboratory allows us to conduct in house testing for all raw materials, in line sampling and batch testing of finished products to ensure we deliver consistently high quality products.
Our laboratory is equipped to undertake material identification, wear and abrasion testing, friction, permeation and moulding analysis, particle size distribution analysis as well as microscopic analysis up to 1000x magnification.
