Lined Pipe & Fittings


Fluoro Pacific is a leading supplier of fluoropolymer lined pipe and fittings designed to withstand the destructive influences of virtually any chemical or corrosive fluids. The prime lining material is polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), however other lining materials such as FEP and PFA are available upon request. We have been successfully supplying PTFE lined pipe and fittings to the chemical processing, mining and petrochemical industries for many years. Our product range includes:

1. Scope This specification covers PTFE lined pipes and fittings utilised for conveying corrosive chemicals and fluids.

Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) linings will be manufactured using 100% virgin resin meeting ASTM D792

6” to 8”     5.0mm
10” to 16”     6.0mm

Heavy wall liners are available on request

4. Inspection & Testing 

• Hydrostatic Pressure Tested X 150% of recommended pressure

• Electrostatic Tested x 20,000V (non-destructive)
