We have been a leading Australian PTFE processor since 1974. Over time, we have evolved from being a simple compression moulder of basic stock shapes to a global manufacturer based in Sydney Australia.

Meet our team:
Josef Rezabek, General Manager
Joe is a degree qualified engineer and over 30 years in manufacturing and engineering, with global sales and marketing experience. He joined Fluoro Pacific in 2018 as national BDM before becoming GM in 2019.
Wai Kit Phoon, Business Development Manager
Wai is a mechanical engineer with 20 years experience in engineering plastics both in Australia and overseas. He joined Fluoro Pacific in 2019 as a business development manager, with a strong focus on new business development.
Gavin Pickering, Manufacturing and Technical Manager
Gavin has over 30 years experience in fluoropolymer processing and compounding, with technical expertise in material selection and applications. He manages the manufacturing and operations at Fluoro Pacific's Sydney facility, and is responsible for production for both Isocomp and compression moulding.
Erick Tablizo, Internal Sales Manager
A mechanical engineer with extensive sales and marketing experience in industrial engineering both overseas and in Australia. Erick joined Fluoro Pacific in 2010 to take up the key position of internal sales manager. Erick also has responsibility for supply chain management.
Adam Brachaniec, Planning & Production Scheduler
Adam is a mechanical engineer with a background in the steel industry, with experience in manufacturing and production scheduling. Adam has 20 years experience in the compression moulding of fluoropolymer materials.
Adrian Gao, Materials Engineer
Adrian is a graduate mechanical engineer. He joined Fluoro Pacific in 2018 with responsibility for material evaluation and development, production management and quality management.
Nazrul Biswas, Production Supervisor, Compression Moulding
Nazrul has more than 20 years of experience in PTFE and PEEK processing, including cold compression moulding and hot compression moulding as well as engineering application of fluoropolymers.
Rebecca Wagner, Administration Support
Rebecca joined FP in 2016 and is responsible for office administration, support, supplier liaison, import/export documentation and logistics.
